| | Although the origins of the company date from 1965, ECLER presented its first mixer back in the 70s: the A4, a simple 4 channel mixer oriented to Super 8 film sound edition. The company grew in the 70s with the boom of disco and tourism.
The AC-4 was a high fidelity mixer designed to meet the most demanding sound requirements in discos, theatres, cinemas, recording studios, conference rooms... The electronic circuits and the extreme selection of all components and transistors used, made the AC-4 a professional high quality mixer.
The new AC-6 is a tribute to those old school, simple, robust, reliable and great sounding mixers. The AC6 enables a new generation of DJs to enjoy the unique sound of those legendary mixers. |
The Xone:DB4 is a truly ground-breaking mixer and by far the most advanced product that we have designed. Every feature has been meticulously researched with a view to offering DJs ultimate creativity.
Based on the iLive pro-touring FX system, we developed FX algorithms with BPM conscious parameters and tight spectral control, customised to perfectly fit the DJ environment. As the loops and FX are automatically synchronised to the tempo of the track, it is very easy to build some amazing grooves and soundscapes without problems of latency, low fidelity and the general hassle often associated with using software and laptops.
The flexible input matrix allows any audio source to be selected on any or all of the channels. Different processing can be applied to the same track on separate channels and you can fade between them, or a phrase sampled in the looper of one channel can be added to the mix later in the track. Our digital design team has done an incredible job to ensure that this is one of the most innovative and exciting DJ mix tools to date.
Quad FX Core
The heart of the Xone:DB4 is the powerful Quad FX Core DSP engine, enabling each channel to have its own FX bank and BPM detection system, which automatically adjusts all time-related FX and loops to the tempo of the music. There are 5 studio quality FX types optimised for DJ use – delays, reverbs, modulators, resonators and damage – plus each FX type has a patch library of different effect variations. Each FX bank has a dedicated expression control and a rotary pot to set the wet/dry level, whilst further tweaking can be performed using the global controllers in the FX master section.
Pro-X-Fader Option
Retro-fit Pro-X-Fade option kit for Xone:DB4. Pro-X-Fade uses 100% conductive plastic tracks and a wider stem for extended fader life. Pro-X-Fade also allows the DJ to adjust both the feel of the fader and the cut-in point to suit their personal style. • Mic input with Comp/Limit
• USB Player with pitch control
• Display with ID3 Text
• Direct MP3 / Phone input
• 2 Masters & Monitor outputs
Compact 6.2 is the ideal mixer for sport instructors. It has 2 microphone inputs with built-in compressor limiters and high-pass filters. This will help the instructor to have the correct level and perfect intelligibility. Dynamic range will be extended and distortion will be eliminated. It has one selector to choose the audio source which can be the internal USB mp3 player, the front input or 2 line inputs at the back panel. The MP3 player has ID3 text and can be pitched which is ideal for fitness, spinning and all kinds of group work outs. The front input can be used for a normal line level but also can be switched into a special Phone mode which adjusts the input sensitivity into the correct value for MP3 players, smartphones or tablets. Now you can playback your MP3 devices directly without signal loss. It has 2 master outputs with separate volume controls which can be locked and a separate monitor volume especially for the instructor. All technical settings like EQ, Gain, Phantom Power, Compression & Treshold are on the backside of the unit to be set by the installer. Now the instructor only has to set his source and mic level and doesn't need to worry about difficult settings. The Compact 6.2 is an all-in-one solution for your sport instructor, it's easy in use and has all features which are needed to give a work out instruction without worrying about anything else but the audience.
