When microphones are exposed to strong wind, WK... windscreens should be used for best performance. Only in the upper frequency range is the output level slightly attenuated. The wind noise attenuation was measured without electrical filtering in a turbulent air stream traveling at 20 km/h, generated by a noiseless wind machine. These windscreens also fit microphones held by an elastic suspension. The microphone is mounted in the EA 82 elastic suspension and placed inside the WK 81/82 windscreen. This assembly is then attached to the SG 82 swivel mount, or the HG 82 handle. Suppression of wind noise approx. 24 (25) dB. Attenuation at 15 kHz approx. 2 (3) dB. Diameter 100 mm, length 440 (610) mm. A windscreen cover is included. | AKG C411L Ultralight Condenser Microphone
- Ultra-light vibration pickup
- Condenser transducer in sealed enclosure
- Cable with lockable miniature XLR connector
Weighing only 18 grams (0.6 oz.), this ultra-light condenser pickup is ideal for acoustic guitar, mandolin, violin, and most other stringed instruments. The C 411 will give a clear and uncolored sound without changing the balance of the instrument. Attaching the C 411 on or near the bridge or anywhere else on the instrument is easy with the included non-marring, reusable, solventfree adhesive compound.

The Stereo wonder. The new NT4, a visually striking microphone that solves
the age-old problem of stereo recording by eliminating the need to purchase
matched pairs and the associated complex set-up bars and adaptors to get
professional results. With a fixed 90 Deg. X/Y configuration and perfectly
matched stereo condenser capsules, the NT4 lets you record any source with
immaculate stereo detail.
The NT4 has a 128 dB dynamic range, 143 dBA SPL and low self-noise. Offering
selectable battery or phantom power operation with power indicator light, the NT4
is ideally suited to both studio and location recording.
The NT4 comes supplied in a custom carry case with a windshield, XLR to mini-jack
and dual XLR cables for portable DAT or professional balanced input connection.
