The condenser mic features an 18mm aluminum diaphragm with a cardioid pickup pattern that sounds great on anything from vocals to acoustic instruments. Internal circuitry is optimized to reduce noise and distortion while retaining rich, full sound quality.
Included with the TM-80 are a tabletop stand, six-foot XLR cable, and a elastic shockmount to reduce rumble and noise during recording. Priced less than many dynamic microphones, the TM-80 is a must-have for any size studio.

The C214 professional large-diaphragm condenser microphone has been designed as a cost-effective alternative to the high-end C414 family. The new NT2-A carries on the tradition forged by the now legendary R?DE NT2.
A professional large capsule (1?) studio microphone incorporating three-position
pick-up patterns, pad and high pass filter switches conveniently located on the
mic body.
At the heart of the NT2-A is the Australian designed and manufactured HF1 dual
diaphragm capsule. The frequency and transient response of this new transducer
has been voiced to complement today?s modern recording techniques, and yet still
evoke the silky smooth character of the legendary microphones of the 50?s and 60?s.
These features provide the flexibility and superlative audio characteristics that make
the NT2-A one of the most versatile condenser mics available.
The NT2-A?s variable controls allow switching between Omni, Figure 8, and Cardioid
polar patterns. The three position high-pass filter provides a flat response or an 80Hz
and 40Hz high pass filter to be selected. Finally the microphones Pad can be switched
between 0 dB, -5dB and -10dB. The NT2-A comes in a soft pouch with an M2 stand mount.

Operation power:
The NT2-A is designed to operate from phantom power to the P48 standard. The NT2-A will
operate between 44V and 52V applied with positive polarity to pin 2 and pin 3 of the output
XLR connector.
Operation output impedance:
The NT2-A will operate satisfactorily into a load impedance as low as 1 kΩ. If a load below this
is used, the output signal level will be reduced. The NT2-A output is balanced between pin 2 (hot)
and pin 3 (cold). Pin 1 is ground.
