Cardioid Condenser with 10dB Attenuator and 3 Position Low-Cut Filter

One of the world's great studio microphones, the SM81 provides precise, detailed sound reproduction, is excellent for studio recording, and is rugged enough for live sound reinforcement.

  • A standard for acoustic instruments, including guitar and cymbals
  • Selectable, low-frequency response -- either flat, 6dB/octave roll-off, or 18 dB/octave roll-off
  • Built-in, switchable 10 dB attenuator for use in high SPL situations
  • Phantom power only
  • Windscreen included
  • Low noise and high output clipping
  • Cardioid condenser
  • Frequency response: 20 to 20,000 Hz
The NT5 matched pairs are a masterpiece of small-diaphragm cardioid- condenser microphone design.Intended for recording acoustic instruments, drum overheads, cymbals and live performances, the compact externally polarized mic employs a .5? capsule, an active J-FET impedance converter with bipolar output buffer. Finished in durable satin nickel, the NT5 is intended for either single or stereo X/Y mic set-ups. The NT5 matched pairs comesupplied in a custom carry case with windshields and mounts. SPECIFICATIONS: Acoustic principle: Externally polarised single diaphragm Directional pattern: Cardioid Frequency range: 20Hz - 20kHz Output impedance: 100? Signal noise ratio din iec 651:  78dB Equvalent noise:  Maximum spl: 143 dB @ 1% THD into 1k_ Sensitivity: -38 dB re 1v/Pa ± 2 dB equivalent to 12mV/Pa where 1 Pa = 94dBSPL Power supply voltage:  P48 Supply (38V?52V), P24 Supply (20V-26V) Current consumption: 4 mA, 2 mA, Weight: 100g

The super-cardioid e 614 is a permantly polarized condenser microphone
designed for demanding applications which require a wide frequency response,
high SPL, fast transient response and a compact design.  With its frequency
response of 40 Hz to 20 kHz, the e 614 is able to capture the full sound of the
instrument, while its super-cardioid pick-up pattern isolates the microphone
from other on-stage signals.
An excellent microphone for percussion instruments, the e 614 is also an ideal
choice for woodwind and string instruments.  Its excellent acoustic properties
also make it a valuable tool for home recording.
