For fourteen years, the famous BOSS FV-300 served as an industry-standard volume pedal. The tradition continued with the FV-50 series, but today the bar has been raised with BOSSʼs new FV-500H (high-impedance) and FV-500L (low-impedance) pedals. These tank-tough diecast pedals are designed to meet the needs of the most demanding customers. The pedals offer a new stylish design, a road-tough build, and a comfortable, smooth action. Both models also provide an Expression output for use with expression-compatible amps, effects, and even synthesizers.

FOUR ON THE FLOOR
FBV Express MkII delivers out-of-the box, plug-n-play connectivity. Stomp the four steel footswitches to quickly store and select channel presets, synchronize your time-based effects with Tap Tempo, activate the chromatic tuner, and more.
When paired with most Spider® IV and Spider ValveTM MkII guitar amplifiers, the footswitches also give you total control of Quick Loop, the amps' built-in 14-second sound-on-sound looper.
The burly, full-sized volume/wah pedal feels solid under your foot and features plenty of grip. Clicking the toe-switch toggles between volume and wah control (with an illuminated LED to match).
The bright and easy-to-read LCD shows tap tempo, active channel and the chromatic tuner (when activated).

For those electronic keyboards with an input jack labeled 'SUSTAIN,' the FC4 model is used in the same manner the sustain pedal on an acoustic piano is used. After pressing down a key, the note will continue to sound utilizing the technology of the FC5 until the sustain pedal is released. There are two types of BOSS footswitches to chose from depending on the application. The FS-5U (momentary type) engages a function while you hold down the switch. The FS-5L (latch type) changes the on/off status each time you press the switch.

The VM170 is a "piano style” footswitch made in ABS with a chromed metal "tongue” switch. The base is made of laminated zinc and equipped with anti-slip rubber feet. On the side it has a polarity switch for compatibility with many makes of keyboard. Supplied with a fixed connection cable and mono jack. Particularly suitable for digital pianos and electric keyboards.
