The Crown XLI 1500 is a reasonably priced, but robust and powerful power amplifier. It ideally suits the use in budget-oriented applications at both mobile and stationary areas. It offers a power of 2 x 450 Watts at 4 Ohms. Thereby, the integrated fan guarantees a high operating safety, due to the constant airstream for cooling the power amplifier. The XLI 1500 offers a robust an analogue circuit, which is supplied by a conventional power supply. Furthermore it features three different, selectable modes (stereo, bridge and parallel).

The high efficiency of the ED series enables maximum efficiency with low heat generation.
A new and unique Class-H circuity technology using state of the art SMD Surface Mount Technology with a reduced number of components offering performance levels exceeding audiophile levels like a slew rate of 50V/µs and high-end extended dynamic sound. The amplifier provides 2x300W into 4 Ohm is equipped complete with temperature-controlled fan cooling, all common protective circuits such as over-temperature, short circuit, RFI and soft start.
The integral soft clip limiter protects against damage to the connected loudspeakers, the activity of a protective circuit, signal and limiter are shown for each channel by LEDʼs.

The model L 500 is a 2 x 250 Watts Power Amplifier. Linear Precision Series
power amps combine excellent audio performance, modern and innovative
circuit design, meticulous and exceptionally rigid construction, and the highest
levels of operational integrity and reliability with an appropriate and more than
realistic price. The robust steel chassis provides outstanding torsional strength
through L-shaped side panels reaching under the thick aluminium front panel.
Thermal breakers prevent the power supply units from being damaged by thermal
overload. Electronically controlled fans provide sufficient front-to-rear airflow and
a special cool air diverter takes care of thermal stability. The fans? noise-level is
extremely low which provides the possibility for studio use. If necessary, a supplied
air-filter can be mounted behind the front panel ventilation louvres.
