Air purification
Ultraviolet (UV) purification is a very effective method to clean the air of biological pollutants such as bacteria, viruses and fungal spores. Water purification
Water must often be rid of pathogenic microorganisms to become safe for drinking.
Ultraviolet radiation is employed to change the DNA structure of the microorganisms, either killing the bacteria immediately or rendering them unable to breed.
Because UV purification is a physical disinfection method, without any harmful chemicals, it doesn’t cause secondary pollution. This means there is no malodorous smell in the water or byproducts.

Why do microorganisms not survive in UV-C light?
The cell nucleus of microorganisms (bacteria and viruses) contains thymine, a chemical element of DNA / RNA. This element absorbs UV-C light at a specific wavelength of 253.7 nm and modifies it to such an extent (formation of thymine dimers) that the cell is no longer able to multiply and survive. The Gravity MS 23 DIS 01 W is a stable, height-adjustable disinfectant stand consisting of the MS 23 microphone stand with round base and the MA DIS 01 universal disinfectant holder. It's a premium quality stand with thick walled tubing, black powder coated finish and 160 cm maximum height. The exceptionally stable round base, made of cast iron, is equipped with a rubber bottom to provide acoustic isolation and protect surfaces. For smooth, durable height adjustment, the MS 23’s handle is made of high-grade ABS with a soft touch, non-slip thermoplastic coating for comfortable operation. DIY Disinfection Stand Set 01
It is currently very hard to come by stands for disinfectants let alone disinfectant dispersers themselves. To protect our guests and employees we at Adam Hall tested alternatives early March and built 8 prototypes which have been in continous use since then.
We would like to share this solution with you as it can be a great help for many at the moment.
This set combines the: GMS23, GMS2WP, GMAMH01, GMADRINKL and 8705BLK. The components can be assembled quickly and are perfect for mobile use. It is possible to attach an additional weight plate (GMS2WP) to the bottom of the stand. This is especially important if you are using a mechanical dispenser instead of an electronic one. For any dispensers with a diamiter of up to 90mm.
