| Content | The LM10-2 is a 2-way loudspeaker system with high power handling capacity that has been designed to be used as stand-alone full range system, together with a passive sub woofer (e. g. LM12-1) or as Mid/Hi component in active multi-way setups. (recommended active crossover frequency: 100 - 150 Hz). Through its half-sided trapezoidal shaped enclosure the LM10-2 is also suitable as monitor speaker system, especially for keyboard applications. The Lo-Mid range between 80 Hz and 7 kHz is reproduced by a Dynacord 10" woofer 357793. Hi range frequencies above 7 kHz are transmitted via an Electro-Voice DH2010A/HPT94 Constant Directivity Horn system. Thermal breakers and halogen protectors prevent that the loudspeaker components are damaged by critical output levels and short-term thermal overload. The cabinet of the LM10-2 is made of 16 mm Mediapan. All connections of enclosure parts as well as the internal bracing are slotted and glued together. The cabinet’s surface is coated with hard-wearing matt black structure lacquer. Front-protection for the loudspeaker systems is gained through an extremely stable, powder-coated metal grille. The terminal board of the LM10-2 provides two Speakon female-type connectors which ensure a secure connection and trouble-free carrying the signal through. A recessed handle on the side guarantees easy and safe transportation. Four heavily dimensioned rubber foot stands, the pole-mount sleevejoint that is recessed in the bottom side as well as the cabinet’s half-sided trapezoidal shape allow a wide variety of different combinations in the loudspeaker setup.

The A8X is equipped with the X-ART tweeter and a large (8.5”) midwoofer, a combination that adds both a very deep and yet very tight bass response to the unsurpassed reproduction qualities of the ADAM proprietary tweeter: a licence to thrill. Cabinet- and bass reflex-construction Like the other AX-Series models, the upper corners of the A8X are slanted to minimize reflections. The very large, double bass reflex tubes on the front have been specifically designed to perfectly match the midwoofer with its large voice coil. Amplification and controls With a 50W A/B amplifier for the tweeter and a 150W PWM amplifier for the midwoofer, the A8X has power in abundance and is the brawny monitor of the AX-Series. On the rear panel are several controls: a gain for the high frequencies (± 4dB) and two shelf filters for the high and low frequencies.
There are both XLR (balanced) and RCA (unbalanced) connectors on the rear panel of the speaker, which allow the A8X to be used in almost any application. that renders a very natural-sounding image even at peak loads. The 60° x 40° horn to which this
driver is coupled ensures uniform system directivity that is sure to delight performing musicians,
sound techs, and audiences alike.
Professional Features
The new PREMIUM PR:O series? high-value interior is reflected in the exterior?s smart appearance
and modern appointments. The ergonomically shaped and positioned handles are recessed into the
enclosures, with no projecting parts or screws that could ruin auto upholstery. In addition, the full-range
models feature countersunk rigging points for fast, professional fixed installation. For added convenience,
the subwoofer is pre-fitted with threaded bushings to accept optionally available casters. The ingeniously
simple DuoTilt? pole mount gives you a choice of angles at which to aim the speakers directly at your
audience, but without the hassle and risk of wobbly tilt units.
