| Content | The SUBLIME is an ultra compact passive 6.5' dual coil subwoofer that offers the ultimate blend of a compact size and deep, fat basses. Thanks to the built-in X-over, this subwoofer is the ideal partner for the MASK2 top speakers.
This thinnest subwoofer on the market (only 12 cm deep) allows for easy integration into any interior: on the wall (mounted with the included wall mounting brackets), behind curtains or even under furniture.Speaker and connection terminals are invisible when mounted on the wall using the included mounting brackets. It may look like a small heating radiator, but instead of heat, it will radiate musical vibes in your room.
The SUBLIME subwoofer has a built-in stereo X-over filter, thus eliminating the need for external filters. The X-over filter separates the high frequencies and sends them directly to the top speakers. Optionally, you can use the SUBLIME speaker in an active speaker setup, using an active filter and separate power amplifier. The new Yamaha CW218V features a super durable, paintable, elastomeric-sprayed coating with foam lined acoustically transparent steel grilles. Gives a great professional look much preferred over carpeted enclosures. Assembled by hand in the US by skilled technicians, each cabinet is designed for better low-end response and includes heavy steel handles and sturdy pole sockets to make moving and positioning easy.
The custom drivers from Eminence feature high-strength curvilinear cones and Kapton® voice coil formers, plus oxygen-free copper voice coils and oversize strontium ferrite magnets to provide high power handling and long life. 15" and 18" drivers use cast aluminum frames to support the massive magnet structure, eliminate flex, and dissipate heat. The titanium diaphragm compression driver is mated to a 90 degree x 40 degree custom-designed horn. Internal electronics feature an over-built crossover network and overload protection.
Connections are dual Neutrik Speakon® and 1/4" jacks. The S8028 is a compact, high-output bass reflex subwoofer for high output applications and large installations.
The system is equipped with two advanced neodymium 18” RCF precision woofers mounted in a clam-shell configuration. The two transducers couple to achieve tight and maximised output. Each 18” features massive vented neodymium magnets and 4” copper voice coil. The system is capable of producing a Max SPL of 138 dB and handles 2000 Watts AES.
