KEF R400b Subwoofer
At just 14 inches square, the KEF R400b may be compact, yet it packs an incredible punch. With a reinforced and braced sealed cabinet, the R400b houses twin 9-inch LF drivers powered by twin 250W class-D amplifiers. The drivers are mounted back-to-back, to create ʽforce cancellingʼ. This means the opposing reactive forces are nullified, resulting in no cabinet agitation and a clean, fast, powerful bass performance – perfect for any serious home theatre system.

Impact Series: High Performance, High Value Subwoofers
The down-firing port on the Impact-12 gives more bass output with less distortion than similarly priced subwoofer from other companies. With its 275 watts of amplifier focused on the 29 Hz to 140 Hz frequencies, you get a ton of bass for you dollar. You can blend the Impact-12 with your satellite speakers using the adjustable low pass crossover frequency feature. The ASW610 subwoofer presents a very happy medium between the more diminutive ASW608 and the all-out power of the ASW610XP. Its long-throw 250mm driver allows the ASW610 to move the large volumes of air needed for high-quality low-frequency output, and its audiophile-standard 200W Class D amplifier keeps the compact unit running cool, even when the music or movie action is whipping up a storm.
In all of the 600 Series subwoofers, the bass driver diaphragms are constructed from a rugged, finely-tuned mix of paper pulp, Kevlar® fibres and resin, which provides the stiffness needed to withstand the tremendous physical forces exerted by the voice coil and pressures inside the cabinet.
Ultra-solid construction delivers slamming bass, drum kicks, and special movie effects. Deformation is minimised; bass precision, power and enjoyment are maximised.
