Also, this made-in-Japan model is crafted with the high level of attention paid from the parts to the finish so it will gratify advanced players' desire.

The FJX is Yamaha's most recent series. The medium jumbo bodied guitars deliver a sound with a well-defined bass, wide dynamic range, plus clear and excellent response. The FJX730SC and 720SC have both inherited quality features from our L Series like non-scalloped X bracing and a reverse L block neck attachment. The FJX730SC features an A.R.T. 1-way pickup system (System56) that faithfully reproduces the dynamic sound produced by its medium jumbo body. Onboard electronics include a chromatic auto tuner and 3-band equalizer.

The LL6 A.R.E. offers many of Yamaha's exclusive features. The solid Engelmann Spruce top is treated with A.R.E., and together with a modified bracing design, the sound has become more powerful and loud while still maintaining excellent balance. To fit to comtemporary player's needs, the LL6 A.R.E. is equipped wth a Zero-Impact Pickup, ready for performance or recording at anytime without sacrificing its traditional look or full acoustic resonance.

APX series, highly evaluated for its playability on stage, is now available with all solid with SRT system. In addition to the quick response and attack of APX, solid Rosewood of side and back gives rich sustain. New cosmetics, such as Mahogany wood binding, black button on tuning machine, and the position marks are abalone/ MOP arrows seen in SG3000... it is simple, but gives us high-end appearance. APX1200 is available in Natural and Translucent Black.

Yamahaʼs new proprietary Studio Response Technology (SRT) brings back the natural, ambient sound of an acoustic guitar, and it does it with the signal from the output jack. Using a sound modeling technique that utilizes data obtained through extensive analysis of four acoustic elements that are missing from conventional pickup systems— string and body resonance, ambience, vintage microphone characteristics, and professional micing techniques, SRT delivers a natural, studio-quality acoustic guitar tone. The same tone that, until now, was only attainable by professional recording engineers in the worldʼs finest studios is now easily usable by any player, on-stage or in the studio.Using a sound modeling technique that utilizes data obtained through extensive analysis of four acoustic elements that are missing from conventional pickup systems— string and body resonance, ambience, vintage microphone characteristics, and professional micing techniques, SRT delivers a natural, studio-quality acoustic guitar tone. A sound that guitarists have long dreamed of is now a reality.

SRT Functions
The new SRT system lets you choose from three different high-end mic types as well as two mic positions that let you use techniques similar to those used in a recording studio. The system provides a total of six setting patterns.
The system also allows mixing of pickup and mic sound elements using the BLEND knob, and control of body resonance with the RESONANCE knob to create a wide range of rich, natural sounds.
