XR20 is a portable beat production center loaded with fresh sound library thatʼs designed for making hip-hop and R&B wherever and whenever inspiration strikes. Over 700 sounds cover standard and electronic drums, one-shot hits, bass, and synth sounds to easily create a total mix in next-to-no time.
XR20 includes reverb, EQ, and compression to enable MC s and producers to complete their tracks. Plug in a microphone and mix vocals with your beats. XR20 runs on wall or battery power so itʼs flexible and portable. In Pattern Play mode, you can trigger different patterns from each pad, so you can tailor the beats to flow with the energy on-stage. Bright blue pads light with the beat to illuminate your performances as you light up the club.
With XR20, Akai Pro puts the hip in Hip-Hop.

Four velocity-sensitive drum pads deliver realistic drum sound with the feel and response of real drums. CompactKit4 includes a music coach feature that shows notes on the LCD screen and teaches the player how to play along with the built in songs and rhythms. The KR-55 Pro features "Real Groove Technology" which uses data recorded from actual professional musicians performing at various tempi, and is a completely different technology than conventional rhythm machines. There are a total of 24 high-quality rhythm styles, each fine tuned to provide the best possible feel, to accurately reproduce the experience of playing with a percussionist. Circuit Mono Station is a paraphonic analogue synthesiser that originates from the Novation Bass Station II, with three sequencer tracks that benefit from the 32 velocity-sensitive RGB pads found on Circuit.
