Its compact size, high output and outdoor capable design makes it one of the most versatile subwoofers in the installation market. | The EVID-S10.1D subwoofer, from Electro-Voice, is a compact, high-performance, dual 10" (254 mm) woofer loudspeaker with outstanding performance for the most demanding professional and commercial sound applications. Designed and engineered for use in background and foreground music, and sound reinforcement applications, the EVID-S10.1D is the ideal solution for indoor and outdoor applications, such as restaurants, bars, patios, retail, fitness clubs, hospitality, theme parks, leisure venues, and others. Ease of installation, and flexible options for mounting solutions and weather resistance, the EVID-S10.1D is the perfect solution for a wide variety of surface mount applications. The EVID-S10.1D has been carefully engineered to resist outdoor environments, without compromising on performance for indoor applications. The subwoofer is IP54 rated, and its weather-proofing is complemented with exceptional cabinet and grille resistance against sun, salt and moisture. For the toughest weather conditions, the IP rating of the EVIDS10.1D can be upgraded to IP65, using the included port plug accessory.
| The SUB2400 is a powerful passive dual 10” subwoofer that will deliver an incredible punchy bass that makes your trousers vibrate. Together with the MASK6 or MASK8 cabinet loudspeakers and the 3 channel digital amplifier (CHAMP-3D) you get a perfect and fail-safe sound system that is suitable for bars, pubs, clubs, restaurants, taverns... where often 'dance level' music is required. This subwoofer has two band pass chambers where each chamber is equipped with a 10” dual coil woofer. Together with the push-pull technology this results in a relative small cabinet with a huge output and very low distortion. Thanks to the small size of the woofers, less mass has to be moved. The bass reproduction is a lot more "punchy” and "faster” compared to 15” or 18” cabinets. The SUB2400 has been compared with a single 15” and 18” subwoofers and the results were astonishing in favour of the SUB2400! SUB2400 can be driven in 4 ohms or 16 ohms mode. Selection is done by the big switch at the back of the subwoofer. Especially with long cable runs, the 16 ohms mode is advised. Less power is lost and the bass response will be a lot better. The 16 ohms mode also allows you to use multiple cabinets. |
The TX1181 is the perfect companion sub to the TX1122 and TX1152 for compact and portable performance. Using the proven EVS18S woofer, the TX1181 effortlessly provides the low-frequency energy needed to keep up with Tour X boxes, as well as many other EV loudspeaker products. The integrated, low-pass input filter allows for single amp drive, and the high-sensitivity and excellent power handling don\'t require a large, expensive amplifier to generate high SPL.
