Content | A passive dual channel line splitter that is mainly used to feed the left and right master outputs of a mixer into several inputs such as power amplifiers, recording machines etc. A specially designed audio frequency transformer maintains signal integrity and prevents ground loop hum. This unit also converts unbalanced signals into balanced signals and vice versa.

| The PRMMS8 is an ultra low noise 8-channel microphone splitter providing a direct output and a transformer isolated output for each balanced XLR input. For extra flexibility, four front panel switches enable channel linking which permits routing a single input signal to multiple outputs feeding FOH, monitor, recording and broadcast mixing consoles, or merging two input signals into a single output. For use with condenser microphones, the direct outputs serve as a path for phantom power. Each channel includes a ground lift switch to eliminate hum and interference caused by ground loops between electronic equipment connected to the PRMMS8.332.

- With improved 192 kHz sample rate for the best sound reproduction.
- Supports uncompressed 2-channel LPCM (Linear Pulse Code Modulation) audio signals.
- Supports compressed 2-channel and multi-channel Dolby Digital and DTS audio signals.
- Ideal for presentation or distribution to another room.
- The optical (Toslink) digital audio splitter can split a single optical digital input to four outputs without delay or loss of quality.
- Supports the S/PDIF and Toslink standard.
Your TV has 1 Toslink output, but you use 2 amplifiers. This requires the Toslink cable to be split from 1 into 2. An additional amplifier could be, for example, a surround set, a sound bar of an amplifier in the kitchen.

| Bring a more professional sound to your mix
Adding a dbx® 266xs Compressor/Limiter/Gate to your live sound rig or studio gives you more dynamic control to help create a more polished, professional sound. Having compression in your audio chain gives you the ability to smooth out uneven levels, add sustain to guitars and fatten up your drums. It also makes it easy to bring vocals to the front of your mix - adding greater clarity and making them stand out from the surrounding instruments.
dbx knows compressors...after all we invented them! The 266xs is the latest in a long line of the world's most successful compressors from the inventors of the technology. Its patented Overeasy® compression technology provides smooth and musical performance while the AutoDynamic™ attack and release controls, found only on dbx compressors, puts great sound within easy reach. The 266xs can operate in stereo or dual-mono modes, has true RMS power summing and features quality XLR and 1/4" TRS inputs and outputs. It cuts no corners on visual feedback with gain reduction metering and easy-to-read backlit switches.
Features
- Error proof operation to smooth uneven levels, add sustain to guitars, fatten drums or tighten up mixes
